For the information of everyone of Rajakhali Union No. 01, it is to be informed that the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be given on Wednesday, September 06, 2021 at this Union Parishad.
Note that only those who have been vaccinated with the 1st dose on the 8th of last month can be vaccinated. No one new can be vaccinated.
Copy of online registration and issued ticker card during 2nd dose
Must bring.
